  Sister Nancy Gannon joined the ACA family in 2009 as the school Principal.  She has many years of experience in education which has helped her develop strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.  She prides herself as able to work well under pressure, and being supportive in mentoring, counseling, and aiding people in making decisions. 

  Sister Gannon has held numerous education positions ranging from Campus Minister to Teacher to Dean of Students to Principal.  Her most recent position prior to joining ACA was at St. Mary Immaculate Parish School in Plainfield, Ilinois where she served as Principal for over 500 students.  Sister Gannon has served on committees ranging from Curriculum Standards to Anti-Racism to Faculty Racial Harmony to the Religion Competency Task Force for the Archdiocesan Religion Office.

  Sister Gannon holds a Bachelor of Science of Education  and a Masters in Pastoral Studies, from Loyola University of Chicago.  She completed her Master of Arts in Educational Administration May 2002 at Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois.
