Aquinas Catholic Academy parents and volunteers are busy planning for the 2012 event.
Our goal is to have a wonderful evening with entertainment, food, and of course plenty of bidding, while raising funds for Aquinas Catholic Academy (ACA).

Aquinas Catholic Academy is the only Catholic grade school in Kankakee and serves over 225 students in grades Pre-3 thru 8th. ACA is committed to promoting spiritual, moral and intellectual excellence in all our students. Our students come from many diverse backgrounds and provide great hope for a future where everyone will work together.

Kankakeeland's Very Own Silhouettes ~ “Classic Rock and More”
From two crooners participating in a charity fund raiser in 1982 called Madcaps at Bishop Mc Namara High School the wildly popular
“Kankakeeland's Very Own "The Silhouettes” were formed, growing to seven members whose focus would be the songs, and more importantly,
the Spirit of 50's-60's-70's and more Rock and Roll.
With the repertoire quickly expanding to include favorites spanning several decades of popular music, the theme of the band became to perform
“any song that generates a good feeling or has a strong dance beat.”
Celebrating 30 years in 2012, The Silhouettes' lineup includes Jerry Downs (Lead Vocalist), Rich LeDuke (Lead Vocalist), Greg Bigler (Bass Guitarist), Dave Leppert (Lead Guitarist), Jason Haden(Drums), Steve Wunder (Saxophone/Keyboardist), all of whom are also vocalists and love to entertain an audience.

Welcome to Aquinas Catholic Academy's Auction. We have a great assortment of items available for bid. We're sure you'll find something you must have!
At the event, stop by the bid table near the front entrance to obtain your bid number. Each item will have a bid sheet showing the approximate value of the item/basket, the minimum opening bid, and the minimum of each bid increase. Use your bid number as often as you like on one or many items. The bidding will be closing at 9:00 pm. Tables will be periodically closing throughout the remainder of the event and the last tables will be closed by 10:15 pm. The winning bid number will be shown on each bid sheet at that time. All items must be paid for and picked up the night of the event. Any unclaimed items will be given to the next highest bidder. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard. Take your paid receipt to a volunteer at the auction tables and they will give you your items.

Event tickets may be purchased in the school office (located at 366 East Hickory; Kankakee, IL) Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.

This year's raffle prize is something in hot demand!

Raffle tickets are $10 each and may be purchased in both the upper & lower grade offices, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:15pm.
The winner need not be present to win.

The Aquinas fundraiser has a live and silent auction along with the very talented Kankakeeland Band, The Silhouettes. Historically, the event hosts a wide variety of auction items from golf packages to vacations and from baked goods to home improvement. If you are interested in assisting our event with a cash donation and/or a donation of goods or services we would appreciate it. All donors will be acknowledged in our program booklet which will be distributed to over 300 guests in attendance.

Table cost is $250 per table.
Your table reservation includes 8 admission tickets. Additional advance tickets are $10 each. All tickets at the door are $12. Tickets or tables do not include food or drink.
